TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR PEOPLE 50+
This training programme for the people 50+ is created under Nordplus Adult program project “SAFE – seeking actively for employment” (No. NPAD-2016/10090). It unites experience from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland and Denmark organizations to identify and adopt the successful adult training experience in people 50+ entrepreneurial training area.
SURVEY OF GENERAL SELF-EMPLOYMENT/ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND UNEMPLOYMENT SITUATION IN FINLAND, DENMARK, LITHUANIA, LATVIA, ESTONIA
Partnering countries Finland, Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia conducted a survey in purpose to find out the weaknesses and needs of target group 50+ for considering self-employment as an activity for the future planning.

Partners from Estonia, Denmark, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania collected case stories “I became self-employed at the age 50+” to share the information about self-employability in the partnering countries and possible adoption of it.
